"Produced By…’ brings together 25 years work from master producer Trevor Horn. ‘Video Killed The Radio Star’ (incidentally, the first record played on MTV) was Trevor’s his first hit in 1979 and a rare instance on which he played the role of writer, performer and producer. 2004 is represented by a gorgeous track from Lisa Stansfield’s album ‘The Moment’, notable as the first time she had used an outside producer in 15 years.

In between we have generation defining recordings from ABC and Frankie Goes To Hollywood; classic pop twenty years apart from Dollar and taTu; an unlikely hit for Yes; innovation and invention in the form of ‘Buffalo Gals’ ; a timeless dance classic from Grace Jones and a man whose entire career has seen him hand-in-hand with Trevor, Seal. To celebrate the show's 5th anniversary Studio Brussel and Play It Again Sam joined hands for a deluxe 2CD set containing a collection of Duyster classics and the highlights of the intimate acoustic Duyster sessions.

As the reactions on this first compilation exceeded everyone's expectations and as Aycos & Eppos Classics wishlist and the amount of stunning Duyster Sessions kept on growing, a follow up was bound to come. On June 6th duyster II will be released.

"Just as Todd Haynes's Bob Dylan biopic I'M NOT THERE takes an unusual approach by having several different people portraying the artist, so the accompanying soundtrack skirts expectations by sporting a wide variety of artists tackling the Dylan catalog, and including a wealth of lesser-known Dylan tunes. Over the course of two discs, Haynes assembles an impressive cast of contributors, from arena-size names (Eddie Vedder, Willie Nelson) to indie-rock cult heroes (Mark Lanegan, Sufjan Stevens) and Dylan contemporaries (Richie Havens, Ramblin' Jack Elliott).

Some of the tracks stick relatively close to the feel of the originals, like Wilco leader Jeff Tweedy's earthy, folk-rock take on "Simple Twist of Fate," while others leap headlong into reinvention, like Calexico and Iron & Wine's atmospheric, wah-wah-soaked collaboration on "Dark Eyes." In the end, one of the most significant accomplishments of this soundtrack may be the exposure of such relative esoterica as "Man in the Long Black Coat" and "Senor (Tales of Yankee Power)" to an audience outside the closed circle of devout Dylanologists. Oh, and the title track is a previously unreleased tune performed by the man himself. Take that, completists!"
