Part 1: Busking on Grafton St., making a demo, signing to Island, recruiting 'the frames' and some guy called Colm at rehersals.

Part 2: Arguments with the record company, being a bunch of hippies, The Commitments, a friend called Jeff Buckley, back to rehersals.

Part 3: Recording Another Love Song, being dropped for the first time, going to America, writing Revelate and Fitzcarraldo, meetings at Island.

Part 4: Picking the band back up, being broke, the two Donals, making the Revelate single and video, financing a second album.

Part 5: Finding inspiration from Fitzcarraldo, being approached again by a major label, meeting famous people, band departures, questioning the music, re-inventing for Dance The Devil, fights with ZTT.

Part 6: Being free as birds, making sad songs, recording in Chicago, finding the band's real sound, releasing For The Birds, touring Australia.

Part 7: What makes a great live band, unity with the audience, more departures and new members, being a Frame, being in a community, following their gut-instincts, releasing Set List.
